About
A marketplace with its margin printed on the site
Most ad networks will not tell you what percentage of the advertiser's money reaches you. Ours is on this page, along with what the rest of it pays for.
What Prax is
Prax is a two-sided crypto advertising marketplace. Advertisers buy inventory on PraxAds. Publishers earn from that inventory on PraxNet. One backend, one auction and one set of books, with two front doors so neither side has to read the other's product to understand its own.
The two sides are the same numbers seen from opposite ends. The impressions our ad server measures are what an advertiser is billed for and what you are credited for, in the same run, from the same counts. There is no second measurement that only we can see.
You can look at the other door. PraxAds is where the money comes from, and a publisher who can see who buys the inventory is a publisher who can judge whether it is worth carrying.
How we make money
The spread, and nothing else.
An advertiser pays for an impression. You keep 80% of it, the Founding Publisher rate, first 50 publishers, and that rate is locked in writing for 24 months from the day you are approved. After that cohort closes the standard rate is 75%, published today rather than announced later.
The remainder is ours. It pays for the ad server, the human review of every site and every creative, the fraud filtering, and the network fees on your payment. That is the entire business model.
There is no setup fee, no minimum traffic, no charge for a placement, no charge for a payout, and no line item that shows up in month three. We publish the number because a revenue share you have to ask for is a revenue share that varies by who is asking.
How we operate
A person reads every site
Every application is read by a human and answered within 48 hours. If the answer is no, you get the actual reason rather than a template, and you can fix it and resubmit. We do not publish a minimum traffic number, because a small engaged audience is worth more to our advertisers than a large bought one.
A person reads every creative, and every creative is an image
Your page never executes advertiser code, because there is no advertiser code to execute. No third-party JavaScript, no cookies from us on your readers, no fingerprinting. The tag is about 2KB, loads async, and when there is nothing to show it shows a house banner rather than breaking your layout.
Payments run on a calendar, not on a request
A calendar month closes and you are paid on NET-15 terms, fifteen days later, once your balance is at least $50, in USDT or USDC. You never ask us for money.
There are no private keys anywhere in this system. Nothing we run can send a transaction. Each payment is made by hand from a wallet no server can reach, and the only job the software has afterwards is to read the chain and check that the record matches. The transaction hash is on your account and you can verify it on a block explorer without asking us anything.
Who runs it
Founder-run and small by design. The same small team reviews the sites, answers the support mail and sends the payments, which is why the review promise is 48 hours rather than "fast" and the reply promise is 24 hours rather than "we value your enquiry". If either stops being true, we will change the number on this site rather than quietly miss it.
Small is a trade and not a virtue. It means fewer advertisers than a network that has been selling for ten years, and it means slower growth in fill on a new site. It also means the person who wrote the settlement code is the person who answers when you think a number is wrong.
