The scan runs on our server, so it needs an account: an unauthenticated tool that fetches any URL on request is a tool somebody points at somebody else. It follows redirects, refuses private and internal addresses, caps how much it downloads, and gives up after a few seconds.
Whether we can reach your homepage from the public internet, whether it is served over HTTPS, whether ads.txt is present and parses, which ad networks are already running on the page, whether you have a title and a meta description, and whether the site is quietly set to noindex. No. The score is our opinion and not a gate. A person reads every application and answers within 48 hours, and plenty of sites with a fixable score are approved. If the answer is no, you get the actual reason.
No. We load the public homepage and its /ads.txt once and record the result of each check. Nothing of the page contents is stored. We do keep the scan itself, so you can see what changed between two of them.
