What is PraxNet?
PraxNet is the publisher side of the Prax ads marketplace. Advertisers buy crypto-audience inventory on PraxAds; PraxNet is where the sites that carry it sign up, get their code, watch what they earn, and get paid. One marketplace, two doors.
Who can join?
Crypto and web3 focused sites. Every application is read by a human, and we look at whether the content is real, whether the traffic looks like people, and whether an advertiser would be comfortable appearing next to it. We do not publish a minimum traffic number, because a small, genuinely engaged audience is worth more to our advertisers than a large bought one.
How fast is review?
Within 48 hours. If we are going to say no, you get the reason rather than silence.
What is the revenue share?
Up to 80% of what the advertiser pays for your inventory. Founding publishers, the first 50, get 80/20 locked in writing for 24 months. The standard rate after that cohort closes is 75/25. There are no setup fees, no minimums and no charge for anything.
How and when do I get paid?
Monthly, on NET-15 terms: a calendar month closes and you are paid 15 days later, once your balance is at least $50. Payment is in stablecoins, USDT on TRON or BNB Smart Chain, or USDC on Polygon. Below $50 the balance rolls forward rather than disappearing.
Is the tag safe to put on my site?
Three promises. Your page never executes advertiser code, because creatives are images only and reviewed by a human before they can serve. There are no cookies, no tracking scripts and no fingerprinting on your site; the tag is about 2KB, loads async, and fails silently. Your layout is never broken, because when there is no ad to show we show a clean house banner instead of an error.
What ads will appear on my site?
Crypto category advertising: exchanges, wallets, cards, DeFi, trading tools, tokens, gaming. Every creative is an image and every one is reviewed by a human before it can serve. Per-publisher category controls, so you can refuse a category you do not want, are coming.
Why was my site rejected, and can I resubmit?
You get the actual reason, not a template. You can fix it and resubmit once immediately. After a second rejection there is a 7 day cooldown before the next attempt, which exists so that a site is improved between tries rather than resubmitted unchanged.
What is a quality hold?
If traffic on one of your placements looks automated, we can hold the earnings it produced while a human reviews them, for up to 30 days. We do this rather than pausing your site, and the rest of your earnings are unaffected. If the traffic is fine, the hold is released and you are paid in the next batch. If you think a hold is wrong, tell us and a person will look.
Do you support newsletters or mobile apps?
Not yet. Web only. We would rather do one channel properly than three badly, and a newsletter placement we cannot measure is a placement we cannot pay you honestly for.
What data do you collect?
From you: your account, your site details and your payout wallet. From your visitors: nothing that identifies them. The tag sets no cookie and reads no storage. For fraud prevention and counting we keep a hashed IP and a hashed user agent, and we derive a country from the IP. We do not build cross-site profiles and we do not sell data. The privacy policy has the full detail.
